We directly import this fish from the authentic source of Thailand.
In tropical Africa and the Nile River system, all of the species are found in freshwater habitats, primarily marshy, shallow floodplains and estuaries. All other living ray-finned fish are thought to be related to the Cladistia, which includes polypterids and their fossil cousins (Actinopteri). They likely diverged from Actinopteri around 400 million years ago, during the Devonian, but recognisable polypterid remains do not appear until around 100 million years ago, during the early Late Cretaceous in South America and Africa.
